Model description:

A great sailing performance is guaranteed with the XP 44!

The deck layout of the Xp 44 was developed for easy handling of the sails at regattas as well as for conventional trips. The stern of our XP 44 is equipped with a foldable bathing platform, which is lined with teak and which is equipped with a telescopic bathing ladder. The life raft is stored in the cockpit sole, while there is sufficient additional storage space in the lockers of the cockpit. Adjustable wheel chocks ensure that the helmsman has a perfect steering position with a great feeling of security. A clear view to the front makes it possible to keep an overview even during manoeuvres and tight sailing situations.

The inventive cockpit table can be neatly folded into its own recess in the cockpit sole (removable) and thus enables a quick change from a functional sailing area to a stylish entertainment zone. It has foldable teak flaps including aluminium legs. In addition, there is a designated recess for the sprayhood and bimini top.

The interior of the Xp 44 has three cabins which benefit from the exemplary use of light and space. The arrangement with three cabins includes symmetrical double aft cabins and a bow cabin with an en-suite bathroom (generally there are electric toilets on board!). The high-quality, practical and sophisticated interior combines practicality and design with its furnishings. The galley is arranged in an L-shaped configuration to enable safe working at sea. The saloon table contains a hidden storage for bottles and is completely removable to facilitate the movement of the crew and the storage of the sails during a regatta.

Further equipment details: heating, battery charger with inverter - 12V / 2000W / 100A, LED cockpit light (white) & red night light (LED) in the salon above the cockpit floor, multimedia system (Fusion MS-RA770 AM / FM / VHF / Apple AirPlay / iPhone / iPod / USB SiriusXM-Ready), LED flat screen and much more!

Instead of the standard aluminium mast, this Xp 44 has a 0.5m longer carbon mast (& boom), which, together with the optionally available carbon sails from OneSails, is designed for strength, low air resistance and exceptional control which are the perfect requirements for participating in regattas. Electrical genoa & halyard winches make the handling of this yacht very easily and a great experience. An additional regatta forestay improves the conditions for participating in a regatta. If you prefer to take it easy, you will surely achieve also a great sailing performance with the standard sail set, which are by the way everything else than standard: the furling genoa and classic main sail have a light, flexible, long life filmless and glueless membrane with anti-mildew and UV protective surface treatments, which is suitable for cruisers, racers and maxi yachts alike. The grey color of the sails will additionally impress you visually!
